  We use the 'PAYPAL secure online payment system' to protect our clients’ sensitive information. When you use PAYPAL your Credit Card details are NOT transmitted to Marathon Australia at any time during the order and payment process or afterwards.. For more details, please visit PayPal.

  We will send our bank account details to you if you wish to pay by direct deposit.

Please return the goods within 30 days.   Once the product is back to us, we process the refund within 24 hours.  Any defective products will be replaced straightaway or refunded the purchase price.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Within Australia

We use a Courier company or Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. Alternatively you may instruct us to use your courier company. Clients in Metropolitan areas usually receive their order overnight and it takes 2 - 6 days for regional area clients. We charge FLAT RATE for orders placed online.

VIC/NSW/SA/QLD - $11.00 (GST Inc)
TAS - $12.00 (GST Inc)
NT - $14.50 (GST Inc)
WA - $14.50 (GST Inc)

*****NB:  For WA and NT clients, if you don't want to pay $14.50 flat rate for small orders, please place an order via email. We can use 500g Express Post bag ($9.20 - can put up to 2 x 5,000m cones or 12 x 1,000m cones) or 3kg Standard Express Post bag ($12.00 - can put up to 12 x 5,000m cones or 54 x 1,000m cones). *****  

Outside Australia

For all overseas orders, we use Australia Post and freight charges vary according to weight and destination. Upon request at the time you place your order, we would be happy to quote a freight charge for your order before dispatch. Once you have accepted our quote, we will send your order.
