Please return the goods within 30 days. Once the product is back to us, we process the refund (including freight cost for returning goods) within 24 hours. Any defective products will be replaced straightaway or refunded the purchase price.
We use Australia Post and Courier services, and charge our customers exactly what we are charged. For Metro areas, Courier is quicker and cheaper than Australia Post.
Couriers Please - the freight company we use - now networks with nearby retail outlets (petrol stations, newsagents and Seven-11 stores), and if no one is home to receive goods, the courier driver leaves a card, takes the parcel to a nearby retal outlet, and leaves the parcel there. When you track your delivery, it will say where to collect your parcel. Alternatively, we can instruct the driver to leave your parcel at your front door or somewhere safe.
For regional area customers and customers with P.O. Box addresses, we use Australia Post services only.
We always send a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as you place your order. Please let us know if you don't receive our tracking email. Also, if you don't immediately receive an email from us, you could check your junk mailbox, as sometimes legitimate mail finds its way there.

1. For freighting Cutaway and Tearaway stabilizers by the roll: We charge flat rates, however, if we are freighting stabilizers by the roll (weighs 5 - 9 kg per roll), we will need to charge what Australia Post charge us, and request extra freight cost.
2. For small orders:
VIC/ TAS/ NSW/ TAS/ QLD - If we use 500g Normal Post bag ($8.50 - up to 2 x 5,000m cones or 12 x 1,000m cones fit in it)/ 1kg bag ($11.00 - up to 4 x 5,000m or 24 x 1,000m) we refund $5.00/ $2.50 into your PayPal account.
WA/ NT - if we use 500g/ 1kg bag, we refund $8.50/ $6.00, and if we use 3kg bag ($13.50 - up to 12 x 5,000m cones or 60 x 1,000m cones fit in it), we refund $3.50 into your PayPal account.
3. Special Post Service:
EXPRESS POST: If you require Express Post service for urgent orders, please instruct us so by email or over the phone.
REGISTERED POST: For orders over $130,00 and units/ aparments, we use Registered Post (Signature on Delivery). We've never had problem with Normal Post so far, however, if you'd like us use Registered Post service for all your orders, please let us know.
For all overseas orders, we use Australia Post and freight charges vary according to weight and destination. Upon request at the time you place your order, we would be happy to quote a freight charge for your order before dispatch. Once you have accepted our quote, we will send your order.
